Job Description
- The office assistant provides vital support for our operations. The ability to multitask and pay attention to details is essential for the position.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive visitors, run errands and assist staff.
- Assist in receiving calls and responding to messages.
- Onload and Offload goods when required.
- Monitor office inventory and give reports for replacements.
- Manage, organise and clean the office daily.
Job Requirements
- Secondary School Graduates (SSCE holders) are welcome to apply.
- 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Male Gender Candidates with a great attitude are preferable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to details.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company information.
- Available to resume immediately.
