Job Description

  • The office assistant provides vital support for our operations. The ability to multitask and pay attention to details is essential for the position.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Receive visitors, run errands and assist staff.
  2. Assist in receiving calls and responding to messages.
  3. Onload and Offload goods when required.
  4. Monitor office inventory and give reports for replacements.
  5. Manage, organise and clean the office daily.

Job Requirements

  • Secondary School Graduates (SSCE holders) are welcome to apply.
  • 0 – 2 years work experience.
  • Male Gender Candidates with a great attitude are preferable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to details.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company information.
  • Available to resume immediately.
