Job Position: Office Assistant

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Job Description

  • Our client is currently in need of an Office Assistant that is competent to undertake a variety of office support tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
  2. Answers telephones, routes calls, takes messages, and provides general information; greets and directs visitors.
  3. Establishes, maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or other documents.
  4. Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
  5. Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
  2. Proven experience as an office assistant, or in other relevant administrative role.
  3. Understanding of office management procedures.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
