Job Description

  • IPI Group Limited seeks to hire an Office Assistant who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  2. Assist with office supplies inventory and maintain a well-organized office environment.
  3. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  4. Support HR and other departments with various administrative needs, such as file management and data entry.
  5. Help plan and execute company events, workshops, and other initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with team members to optimize office procedures and enhance overall efficiency.
  7. Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
  8. Contribute to a positive and welcoming office culture for all team members.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Friendly, proactive, and reliable with a can-do attitude.
  7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
