Job Responsibilities
- Be able to work with computer
- Receive and process communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
- Politely responding to customer enquiries and resolving complaints.
- Preparation of bid paperwork; ensure documents are distributed in a timely fashion.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 1 year experience
- Applicants MUST be very fluent in English Language, confident and able to express themselves articulately.
- Applicants MUST be patient-friendly and have client-care etiquette.
- Applicants MUST be IT-savvy.
