Job Position: Office Assistant

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

  • The job holder will act as a support for the office ensuring smooth office operations by undertaking a variety of activities in the office ranging from receiving guest to answering the phone calls, running errands, operate office machines, filing, etc.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Help organize and maintain office common area
  2. Maintain files and records so they remain easily accessible & updated
  3. Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
  4. Operate office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc.
  5. Take and deliver messages
  6. Monitor stocks of office supplies e.g. stationery, diesel etc. to avoid stock out
  7. Perform other office duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. The ideal candidate should have a National Diploma (OND) in Social Science or related courses
  2. Must have 2 years related administrative/clerical experience
  3. A Male is most preferred for this role to balance the team
  4. Warm personality with strong communication skills
  5. Must be familiar with office equipment and procedures
  6. Excellent communication skills
  7. Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities is KEY for this role.

Proposed Salary
Net monthly salary is N67,000.
