Job Description
- HRLeverage Africa is a Pan-African Workforce Company We are in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager to be the backbone of our clientsoperations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures for organizational effectiveness.
- Supervise administrative staff and promote a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee facilities management, including workspace allocation and maintenance.
- Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
- Maintain and update employee records and manage HR-related tasks.
- Procure and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Serve as a point of contact for external vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Address and resolve employee queries and concerns related to office operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
