Job Position: Office Secretary
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):
- Receive visitors by greeting and welcoming them.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Provide customer support by answering the phone and replying to emails promptly.
- Provide administrative support via phone or email. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and direct visitors to the right person or department.
- Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment in check as well as placed orders for all necessary office supplies.
- Manage calendars by scheduling important meetings, arranging travel and accommodation, and so on.
- Manage conference room meeting schedules.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Keep updated records of front office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, transcribing, filing, keeping records of office expenses, sorting, and distributing paperwork, etc.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or any other related field.
- Must have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Ability to analyze processes and improve the efficiency of procedures
- Excellent IT skills with experience, including a working knowledge of software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary
N60,000 / Month.
