Job Description
- The Offline POS Operations Support Specialist identifies a series of risks in the operational data performance of Agents, helping Agents and Merchants improve POS activity rates and transaction amounts, and executes corresponding policy implementations to bring growth opportunities to PalmPay.
Job Responsibilities
- Based on industry insights and competitor insights, timely grasp industry trends and competitor policies, and make timely adjustments in conjunction with existing PalmPay policies to prevent customer churn.
- Through daily operation monitoring and data analysis, coordinate product optimization iterations, and be responsible for the growth and customer experience of key products and solutions.
- Have the ability to analyze business data, identify business problems based on data insights, track business progress, and promote business development.
- Cross-team business linkage, cross-departmental coordination of resources, ensure the smooth implementation of operational strategies.
Job Requirements
- 2 years or more of product operation or toB strategic operation experience, with successful commercialization experience in toB business.
- Strong logical thinking, data analysis ability, keen market insight, and analytical ability, to grasp industry trends and customer needs.
- Able to organize and write marketing preferential policies for the industry, with strong logical and financial background knowledge.
- Clear logic, good communication skills, and organizational coordination ability.
- Strong sense of teamwork, strong resistance to pressure, good learning ability, willingness to accept challenges, and result-oriented.
- Complete the assigned tasks specified by superiors.
