Job Description
- We seek a skilled and creative Media Manager to join our team. As a Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our media strategies across various digital platforms.
- Your primary focus will be content creation and writing, SEO optimization, social media management, and ads management.
- You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience, driving engagement and brand awareness.
Job Responsibilities
Content Creation and Writing:
- Develop engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including websites, blog posts, social media, email marketing, and more.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Write and edit content with a strong focus on storytelling, brand consistency, and maintaining a clear tone of voice.
SEO Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other elements to enhance search visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow and engage our online community.
- Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and manage online reputation.
Ads Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, techniques, and best practices.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for content, SEO, social media, and advertising initiatives.
- Generate regular reports to showcase campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
Proven experience as a Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
