Job Position: Operations Associate
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

We are looking for smart, energetic, and reliable Operations Associates to support the daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities at our campus location.

You will rotate across different duties, including order handling, packaging, inventory support, and customer engagement, ensuring smooth, fast, and friendly service throughout the day.

Job Responsibilities
Order:

  1. Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu.
  2. Take customer orders accurately via POS or mobile platforms.
  3. Process payments (cash, card, digital).
  4. Confirm orders with the kitchen and update customers on wait times.

Packaging:

  1. Assemble and package meals for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
  2. Ensure correct order items and quality checks before handing off.
  3. Label, bag, and dispatch orders neatly and efficiently.
  4. Maintain the cleanliness of the packaging station.

Inventory:

  1. Track and report packaging, disposables, and drink stock daily.
  2. Restock service stations and prep areas as needed.
  3. Alert management to low or missing inventory items.
  4. Support receiving and organising weekly stock deliveries.

Customer Experience:

  1. Monitor dining and pickup areas for cleanliness and customer needs.
  2. Handle basic customer complaints or escalate them to supervisors.
  3. Collect customer feedback and assist with surveys or loyalty efforts.
  4. Help set up promotional materials or display new menu items.

Requirements

  1. 1–2 years’ experience in a food service, retail, or customer-facing role.
  2. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  3. Friendly and respectful attitude toward students and staff.
  4. Ability to multitask and stay organised during peak hours.
  5. Tech-savvy (POS, order apps); training will be provided.
  6. SSCE or ND minimum; undergraduate students may apply if available during assigned shifts.
  7. Willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts.
