Job Position: Operations Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle booking requests from clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
  2. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other service providers to secure reservations and confirmations.
  3. Ensure accuracy of booking details, including travel dates, times, and preferences.
  4. Manage changes or cancellations to reservations as needed, while minimizing disruptions to clients’ travel plans.
  5. Prepare and distribute travel itineraries, tickets, vouchers, and other necessary documentation to clients.
  6. Ensure all travel documents are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with relevant regulations and requirements.
  7. Assist clients with visa applications, passport renewals, travel insurance, and other documentation needs.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance throughout their travel experience.
  9. Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, seeking resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
  10. Anticipate clients’ needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their travel experience.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to support overall business objectives and initiatives.
  12. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, reservations, payments, and other relevant information using the company’s ERP system or database.
  13. Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence, to support the smooth functioning of the operation.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in travel industry management or a related field
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  4. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking software.
  5. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
  6. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
