Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.
- Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to expand systems.
- Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
- Organize the company budget in collaboration with the top management.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in the area of specialty
- 7-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on extensive experience to plan and accomplish goals; typically reporting to top management and directly manages and directs Operational staff.
