COLVI Nigeria Limited, a Retail Photography and Digital Development company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Retail Operations Manager – National

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

1. The Retail Manager will oversee all of the daily operations of the stores via the regional team leads.
2. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and essential KPI.
3. Able to manage the store’s employees – performance evaluation, scheduling, and assigning duties and responsibilities by training, coaching, and developing the team.
4. Demonstrate cost efficiency and attention to quality detail

Job Requirements

1. Graduate (B.Sc or HND) in any discipline
2. Good standard of numerical skills.
3. Worked in a fast pace, high-traffic store
4. At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
5. The ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly
6. Able to develop excellent product knowledge to engage with customers.

2. The ability to manage, motivate and organize others.
3. Can lead with efficiency and compassion.
4. Motivated enough to be accountable
5. Work Weekends (Flexible/Remote options can be discussed)
6. Effective communicator verbal and written
7. Confident
8. Willing to Travel 25% of the time.
