Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing and when necessary supervising in-store staff
  2. Inventory management including record-keeping (google drive and website), making purchases, liaising with therapists regarding backbar requests, accountant etc
  3. Space management – ensuring the store space is kept in a clean and aesthetically pleasing state including scent, lighting and overall ambience
  4. Customer Service / Sales – ownership of customer journey; including dealing with in-store customer enquiries and orders
  5. Appointment management
  6. Supplier management – liaising with all suppliers including logistics companies, product suppliers etc
  7. Shipping and Logistics – ensuring all orders reach clients within stipulated time frame, sourcing cost effective logistics solutions nationally and internationally
  8. Relationship management with all internal and external stakeholders
  9. Maintaining record of expenses (including petty cash)
  10. Recruitment and training of relevant staff
  11. Any other tasks that may fall due.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
