Job Position: Operations Manager (2 Openings)
Location: Victoria Island & Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day and strategic operations of our Clubhouse.
  2. This role requires a seasoned professional who is industry-exposed, intuitive, smart, and a natural leader with a deep understanding of the nightlife business.
  3. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving profitability while upholding brand standards.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead, supervise, and motivate all departments within the Clubhouse to deliver an exceptional nightlife experience.
  2. Oversee daily operations, including customer service, floor management, staff coordination, security, and compliance.
  3. Drive sales, optimise costs, and implement revenue growth strategies tailored to nightlife trends.
  4. Anticipate and resolve operational challenges swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption.
  5. Implement and enforce policies, SOPs, and compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  6. Analyse performance reports, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable solutions.
  7. Mentor, coach, and build strong leadership among floor supervisors and team leads.
  8. Build relationships with VIP guests, promoters, and partners to strengthen the Clubhouse’s market position.
  9. Stay ahead of industry trends in nightlife, entertainment, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in hospitality management, with at least 3 years in nightlife/club management.
  2. Strong background in people management, customer service, and operational oversight.
  3. Industry-exposed with proven ability to navigate and thrive in nightlife culture.Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  4. Smart, proactive, and highly intuitive with strong problem-solving abilities.
  5. Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail and efficiency.
  6. Preferably female, with a strong executive presence and confidence.
