Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities
He or she will be saddled with the role of overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, managing staff, and maintaining brand standards across multiple locations.
Key duties will include managing inventory and costs, enforcing health and safety regulations, monitoring customer satisfaction, and implementing operational strategies to meet performance targets.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in operations management or a similar role, in a QSR or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial management.
- Ability to maintain and improve operational processes and implement best practices.
- Knowledge of human resources, inventory control, and quality assurance protocols.
