Job Position: Administrative / Operations Officer

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Oversee daily operational activities of the company.
  2. Set directives for various departments under your supervision and ensure they are met.
  3. Oversee staff documentation and appraisal alongside MD.
  4. Ensure all duties are carried out according to laid out procedures and guidelines.
  5. Optimize operations and procedures to increase revenue.
  6. Handle client complaints and ensure good customer experience for clients.
  7. Attend to all facility maintenance issues.
  8. Be ready to represent the company in public and ensure we are up to date with federal, state and local levies.
  9. Send activity report to management as at when due.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Business Management or relevant discipline
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ professional work experience in similar position.
  3. Leadership skill
  4. Excellent communication and time management skills
  5. Excellent research skill.
  6. Tech savvy
  7. Attention to details
  8. Ability to navigate google workspace.
  9. Knowledge of inventory management
  10. Knowledge of tourism is an added advantage.

Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
