Job Position: Operations Excellence Catering Advisor (Chef Trainer)

Job Location: Offshore, Nigeria

Job Description

  1. Directly responsible for implementing culinary standards and overseeing the culinary operations of USAN & ERHA.
  2. Responsible for supervising all Kitchen Functions operations on daily base from delivery, preparation and maintaining of quality food standards; Hygiene, food safety, preparation, and service.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage day to day Galley operations and catering team.
  2. Execution of daily Food service, quality technique, portions, presentation.
  3. Ensure that appropriate sanitation, maintenance and safety standards are closely followed to include full HACCP compliance on ERHA and USAN
  4. Menu developing and implementing in line with catering service contract requirements.
  5. Monitoring inventory and over sight of Chop request, monitoring quality and quantity on delivery to the ERHA and USAN and reporting deficiencies to line management.
  6. Training and supervising all catering staff on daily operations.
  7. Standardize Production Recipes to ensure consistent quality.
  8. Assisting and directing Galley staff in meal preparation, creation, and service delivery.
  9. Develop training matrix for all catering staff and implementation.
  10. Implement and maintain Culinary Excellence standards
  11. Attended daily and weekly meetings
  12. Submit weekly reports on training, operations
