Job Position: Operations Supervisor
Location: Mushin, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise production and order entry.
  2. Keep track of key performance indicators (KPI) across different units.
  3. Monitor and report on unit performance.
  4. Supervise and train employees; provide administrative support (e.g., updating inventory); ensure compliance with established standards.
  5. Provide basic training and supervision in operations to the company’s employees.
  6. Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business units.
  7. Monitor compliance with operational policies and the progress of administrative tasks.
  8. Coordinate all activities of the production team for efficient and timely job completion.
  9. Ensure timely delivery of the completed job to the client’s location (within the state or interstate).
  10. Produce a timely and accurate report on job orders, completion, and delivery (daily, weekly, and monthly).

Experience and Education

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Proven experience in overseeing operational processes; strong leadership and team coordination
  3. Operations supervisor experience
  4. Project management experience
  5. Project management experience is a must-have.

Skills:

  1. Good command of English
  2. Ability to work with different types of customers
  3. Familiar and fluent in computer skills
  4. Project management.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
