Job Position: Outbound & Logistics Lead

Job Description

  1. As the Outbound and Logistics Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the outbound and distribution processes within our company.
  2. You will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan, coordinate, and manage outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  2. Collaborate with internal departments such as warehousing, procurement, and customer service to optimize outbound processes
  3. Ensure inbound shipments are sorted and delivered in a timely manner.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce cost
  5. Implement best practices in outbound logistics to streamline operations and meet key performance indicators(KPIs)
  6. Liaise with clients and external partners to understand their outbound logistics requirements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations within outbound logistics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in outbound logistics in a retail, ecommerce or FMCG industry.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
