Job Position: Paid Marketing Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a Paid Marketing Specialist (Associate Level) to join our growth team.
This individual will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimising paid marketing campaigns across Facebook and TikTok.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and has a strong understanding of paid media performance metrics, audience targeting, and creative analysis.
This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns who are looking to scale their expertise in a fast-growing consumer brand.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise Facebook and TikTok advertising campaigns in alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
- Manage and allocate a monthly ad budget of $10,000, ensuring performance efficiency and cost optimisation.
- Conduct creative analysis to identify top-performing ads, formats, and audience combinations.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as CAC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop new ad concepts informed by data and insights.
- Run A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance across creatives, targeting, and placements.
- Maintain a performance dashboard to monitor marketing KPIs and support decision-making.
- Stay up to date on the latest Facebook and TikTok Ads tools, policies, and trends to maintain competitive performance.
- Work with the analytics team to measure and report on marketing ROI.
- Contribute to the development of a scalable, data-driven marketing framework for the company.
Preferred Experience
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing paid marketing campaigns on Facebook and/or TikTok.
- Proven experience handling ad budgets of $10,000/month or higher.
- Strong understanding of ad metrics, tracking, and attribution.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills (Excel or Google Sheets proficiency required).
- Experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with performance marketing in e-commerce or consumer brands.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Has a deep understanding of creative performance and can identify what makes ads work.
- Has curiosity about marketing experimentation, audience behaviour, and digital storytelling.
