Job Position: Palm Plantation Supervisor

Location: Ogun

Job Objectives

  1. We require the services of a Palm Plantation Supervisor who will supervise a start-up farm in Lagos.

Job Responsibilities
The Palm Plantation Supervisor will be expected to perform the following, among other functions:

  1. Supervise a Palm plantation of about 60 acres of immature oil Palm.
  2. Ensure all plantations are within the framework of environmental policies and responsibilities.
  3. Ensure all work operations are performed in a safe and responsible manner
  4. You will be responsible for the health and high productivity of the plants
  5. You will maintain proper farm documentation and necessary information
  6. Manage subordinates and ensure the optimum productivity of everyone.
  7. Drive the growth and expansion of the farm by suggesting new opportunities and initiatives.
  8. As a startup farm, you will also handle other tasks as needed as the farm progresses

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE/ NECO qualification.
  2. Our ideal candidate should be someone who holds at least 5 years of experience in plantation management or the like.
  3. The successful candidate should possess supervisory and leadership competencies and should be able to work on their own, manage subordinates and be highly self motivated.
  4. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to make decisions without hesitation and should be willing to work outside of normal working hours where necessary.

  1. Salary: N100,000 – N120,000 / Month
