Job Position: People and Culture / Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with confidentiality.
- Support performance management processes, learning initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and organisational guidelines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 2 – 4 years’ proven experience in HR, People & Culture, or administrative roles.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and general office administration.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
