Job Position: People and Culture Associate

Job Location: Ondo

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of people and culture initiatives and policies.
  2. Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings.
  3. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  4. Manage employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant.
  5. Assist in coordinating company-wide events and initiatives to promote a positive company culture.
  6. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
  7. Assist in ad hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources / administrative position.
  3. Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  4. Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  5. In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities.
  6. Familiarity with social media recruiting.
  7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  9. Good organizational and time management skills.
  10. CIPD certification is a plus.
