Job Position: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  2. Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO, prioritizing and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  3. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.
  4. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  5. Assist in travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing itineraries.
  6. Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports as requested by the CEO to support decision- making and planning.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of priorities and deadlines with the CEO’s objectives.
  8. Provide administrative support, such as filing, record-keeping, and expense management, to facilitate the CEO’s workflow.
  9. Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address issues to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Job Requirements
The Personal Assistant to the CEO contributes to the company’s mission by:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1 – 2 years proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.
