Job Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain company schedules
- Organize documents and files
- Welcome clients and guests
- Document financial information
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Schedule meetings and conferences
- Assist executives with tasks
- Implement administrative procedures
Job Requirements
- HND or B.Sc in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of work experience as a Secretary / Personal Assistant
Salary
N80,000 – 100,000 monthly.
