Job Position: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Job Description

  1. Be the CEO’s secret weapon, anticipating their needs before they even think them (think Hermione to Dumbledore, minus the magic wand).
  2. Mastermind travel arrangements, scheduling, and logistics like a pro, ensuring the CEO is always in the right place, at the right time.
  3. Become a communication queen, filtering emails, managing inquiries, and keeping the CEO in the loop.
  4. Dive into social media magic, crafting engaging content and interacting with Buffer’s awesome community.
  5. Be a problem-solving superhero, tackling tasks with a smile and a can-do attitude.
  6. Stay ahead of the curve with the latest tech trends and social media hacks.
  7. Bring your creative flair and sprinkle a little Buffer magic on everything you do.

Job Requirements

  1. You’re a graduate with 1-2 years of experience (bonus points for tech or marketing background!).
  2. You’re a social media guru who can navigate the ever-changing digital landscape with ease.
  3. You have ninja-level organization skills and can keep multiple plates spinning without dropping a single one.
  4. You’re a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  5. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (think clear, concise, and charming!).
  6. You’re a team player who loves collaborating and bringing your A-game.
  7. You’re a self-starter with a can-do attitude and a hunger to learn.
