Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Abuja

Job Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support: Writing and editing emails, preparing proposals, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the Executive Director. Organising meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering as necessary.
  2. Communication Management: Analysing and summarising incoming memos, submitting and distributing them as needed. Maintaining open communications with various teams, providing information and documents, and meeting regularly with operations.
  3. Calendar Management: Managing the Executive Director’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritising sensitive matters.
  4. Document Handling: Keeping records of corporate documents, records, and reports. Collaborating with project workers to formulate contract documents.
  5. Financial Tasks: Perform basic finance and budget tasks, book travel arrangements for the Executive Director, and manage expenses.
  6. Act as a liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  7. Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  8. Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by the Executive

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Proven experience in a similar position, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior management.
  3. A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

Experience Required:

  • Five(5) years of experience with a minimum of Three (3) years experience working with Chief Executives/Executive Directors
