Job Position: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Promote activities of the Company
  2. Manage and coordinate the administrative activities of the office
  3. Collate all relevant information on behalf of the CEO and managing partner
  4. Prepare and plan for both internal and external meetings Globally
  5. Organize and generate public interest on the activities of the Company.
  6. Manage, record, and file all office documents in Globally
  7. Update and maintain organizational lists/databases and address the needs of Internal and External Stakeholders.
  8. Update and maintain organizational lists/databases.
  9. The post holder is required must speak the Hausa Language
  10. Must be ready to travel with 75% of the time.
  11. Joint Zoom/Skype operational meetings are mandatory.
