Job Position: Personal Assistant to the MD
Location: Admiralty Way, Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings, and projects.
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, travel, meetings, and correspondence.
- Serve as liaison between the MD, staff, clients, and external partners.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations; record and share meeting minutes.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and documentation with accuracy and discretion.
- Oversee petty cash and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist in stock/inventory tracking and monthly requisitions.
- Support the MD’s sales and marketing activities by scheduling client meetings and maintaining customer relations.
- Manage MD’s online accounts and social media presence.
- Undertake other tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Salary
N100,000 – N140,000 per month
