Job Position: Personal Assistant to MD

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conserves the MD’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, initiating telecommunications.
  2. Responsible for day-to-day management of the MD calender and activities to ensure high value time utilization of the MD in relationship to external and internal requirements.
  3. Brief/update the MD on upcoming meetings and ongoing obligations

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  2. An MBA and at least 7 years experience in the banking/Finance sector are added advantage.
