Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Organise meetings and prepare necessary documents or materials.
  • Run personal errands and coordinate household or business tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
  • 2 – 3 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
