Job Description

  1. Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  2. Many PAs control access to the manager/executive
  3. Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  4. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  5. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  6. Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  7. Help with daily time management
  8. Managing databases and filing systems.
  9. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  10. Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  11. Coordinate events and speaking engagements
  12. Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  13. Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
