Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Description

  1. Our client in the furniture Industry seeks to engage a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our operations in the furniture industry.
  2. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with senior management and various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide administrative support.
  3. Your role will encompass a wide range of tasks, from managing schedules and appointments to assisting with project coordination and client communication.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  3. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and presentations.
  4. Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  5. Act as a liaison between senior management, departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
  6. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as needed.
  7. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  8. Assist in project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
  9. Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  10. Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  11. Assist with special Project as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration, Management, or any field with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in the furniture industry or related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work assignments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.

N65,000 Monthly.
