Job Position: Personal Assistant
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking to hire a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support for a Pastor in a well-organized and timely manner.
- You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Pastor’s working life and communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the Pastor and internal/external clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Job Requirements
- B. Sc Degree in English (2:1) from a reputable institution.
- At least 3 years relevant work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Ability to transcribe and take good notes.
- Excellent note taking skills.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Critical thinking & active learning.
- A male or a female.
- Must be within the age range of 25 – 30.
Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
