Job Description
- We are recruiting a proactive, inquisitive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant. In this role, you are to perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide company-wide assistance as required.
- You may be the first point of contact for those seeking to reach various stakeholders within the company therefore a professional attitude is expected.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative assistance to company stakeholders.
- Manage company stakeholders’ schedules, book appointments, make arrangements for meetings, and develop action plans to ensure they receive pertinent information.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the Managing Director – not limited to flights and ground transportation.
- Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
- Answer phone calls and send emails politely and professionally (liaising with other corporate bodies will be required).
- Draft and format information for internal and external communication – including but not limited to emails, presentations, and reports.
- Take minutes during meetings, organise and archive for company
- Organising meetings and events (including scheduling, sending reminders, and organising f&b when necessary)
- Conduct in-depth research for special assignments and projects.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Periodic production assistance – budgeting to be learned.
- Organise and maintain office and office records.
- Run errands upon request.
- Ensure website and social media platforms are frequently updated and effectively managed.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in an assistant or administrative role
- Prior work experience and/or interest in graphic design, editing and photo retouching preferred though not a must.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Mac Os X literacy preferred)
- Must be able to multitask
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Strong research skills
- Familiar with e-calendars
- Trustworthy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be discreet and confidential
- May be required to work 2 Saturdays per month.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
