Job Description

  • We are recruiting a proactive, inquisitive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant. In this role, you are to perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide company-wide assistance as required.
  • You may be the first point of contact for those seeking to reach various stakeholders within the company therefore a professional attitude is expected.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide high-quality administrative assistance to company stakeholders.
  2. Manage company stakeholders’ schedules, book appointments, make arrangements for meetings, and develop action plans to ensure they receive pertinent information.
  3. Work closely with the Managing Director to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  4. Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the Managing Director – not limited to flights and ground transportation.
  5. Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
  6. Answer phone calls and send emails politely and professionally (liaising with other corporate bodies will be required).
  7. Draft and format information for internal and external communication – including but not limited to emails, presentations, and reports.
  8. Take minutes during meetings, organise and archive for company
  9. Organising meetings and events (including scheduling, sending reminders, and organising f&b when necessary)
  10. Conduct in-depth research for special assignments and projects.
  11. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  12. Periodic production assistance – budgeting to be learned.
  13. Organise and maintain office and office records.
  14. Run errands upon request.
  15. Ensure website and social media platforms are frequently updated and effectively managed.

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in an assistant or administrative role
  • Prior work experience and/or interest in graphic design, editing and photo retouching preferred though not a must.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Mac Os X literacy preferred)
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Familiar with e-calendars
  • Trustworthy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be discreet and confidential
  • May be required to work 2 Saturdays per month.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
