Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
  2. Tracking MD Key compliance action items across the businesses.
  3. Manging in conjunction with Senior Management Team, the MD Performance Contract
  4. Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
  5. Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
  6. Making travel and hotel arrangements
  7. Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events
  8. Managing MD meeting with senior management team/other parties – preparing the minutes, tracking
    and reporting on action items.
  9. Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a B.Sc in Business Administration
  2. Excellent attention to detail
  3. Excellent organisation and people management skills
  4. Strong command of the English language
  5. Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
  6. Strong communication skills
  7. Strong Microsoft excel skills and working knowledge of standard word processing, spreadsheet and
    other productivity software tools
  8. Discretion and tact
  9. Good time-management skills.
  10. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
