Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the physician’s schedule, organising appointments, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
- Liaise with patients and other healthcare providers.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a medical setting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must reside within Egbeda/Ipaja axis.
