Job Description

  1. As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (PA to MD) of our esteemed real estate company, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the MD.
  2. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Organize and manage the MD’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  2. Ensure the MD is well-prepared for all engagements by providing necessary documents and information.
  3. Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the MD, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
  4. Draft, review, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
  5. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  6. Ensure travel plans align with the MD’s preferences and business requirements.
  7. Plan, coordinate, and attend meetings as required, preparing agendas and minutes.
  8. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
  9. Maintain an organized filing system for documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
  10. Handle confidential information with discretion.
  11. Screen and prioritize calls, inquiries, and requests on behalf of the MD.
  12. Manage access to the MD’s office, ensuring a smooth flow of communication.
  13. Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  14. Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts.
  15. Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and special projects.
  16. Ensure seamless execution of events, from planning to post-event activities.
  17. Manage and track expenses, prepare reports, and reconcile credit card statements.
  18. Provide ad hoc support to the MD as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the executive office.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  2. Additional certifications in office management or executive assistance are a plus.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in office software and technology.

Salary
N100,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
