Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Personal Assistant to the MD has the responsibility for providing Secretarial, Administrative and Confidential support to the Managing Director and his office.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the MD’s calendar, and set up meetings and appointments
  2. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner; Ensuring important information and updates are brought to the MD’s attention promptly
  3. Answer phone calls, take messages, take various notes
  4. Travel Arrangement: Make Travel Arrangements for the MD and family (International and Local) Trips.
  5. Book international flights for TSC staff; Make travel and accommodation arrangement on behalf of TSC’s staff.
  6. Manage the MD’s office by ensuring the office is adequately supplied with the needed inventory and office supplies.
  7. Prepare Agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers
  8. Production/distribution of agenda and papers.
  9. Take minutes during meetings, distribute meeting minutes for actioning.
  10. Oversee the filing system in the MD’s office.
  11. Manage Documents presented to for the MD’s signing.
  12. Ensure all necessary subscriptions pertaining to the MD’s office are renewed as and when due.
  13. Receive and manage the MD’s visitors.
  14. Run personal errands for the MD
  15. Work with the HR and Admin on Assigned tasks
  16. Ensure the Meeting room is cleaned and ready for receiving staff for the weekly Business Review Meetings.

Job Requirement(s)

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree from a reputable Higher Institution
