Job Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to Partners

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are looking for an experienced PA with professional services experience and a background in supporting at partner or director level.
  2. This role will suit someone with strong communication skills with a client focused approach, strong written and research capabilities, and a commercial approach.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Providing a high-level PA support to the partners.
  2. Management of complex diaries with often conflicting priorities.
  3. Liaising with clients on behalf of the partners.
  4. Scheduling and coordinating client review meetings and manage any actions that come out of them.
  5. Maintaining the CRM system.
  6. Working closely with the marketing team on firm wide marketing initiatives and supporting the partners with marketing activities.
  7. Supporting with the production of bids and tenders.
  8. Arranging international travels and accommodation.
  9. Email inbox management for partners.
  10. Attending internal and external meetings to take minutes/actions and deliver on any follow up.
  11. Completing company credit card and cash expenses forms for the partners each month within the deadline.
  12. Any general ad-hoc administrative tasks for partners.

Job Requirements

  1. Previous PA experience in professional services or legal is desirable (5 to 7 years experience).
  2. An ownership mindset, with ability to work with C-Suite executives within tight deadlines.
  3. Strong academic background or equivalent professional experience.
  4. Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects
  5. Excellent communication skills and a client focused approach.
  6. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work to tight deadlines.
  7. Strong written skills and able to produce high quality documents and presentations.
  8. Professional and approachable with good relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Strong technical skills in iManage, MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
