TruPurpose Job Shop Limited is a management consultancy firm located in Ibadan. We are licensed by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, and have been in operation for more than a decade. Presently, we provide recruitment services in South-West Nigeria. Our services include recruitment, background check, staff outsourcing, overseas university placement, etc.

Job Position: Personal Chef (Private Residence)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan & prepare meals for the family
  2. Ensure that all meals are properly prepared & presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
  3. Develop weekly menus in consultation with the family
  4. Shop for foodstuff & meal ingredients
  5. Clean & maintain the kitchen area & equipments
  6. Setting the table for the family
  7. Follow special requests & food preferences of the family.

Job Requirements

  • Culinary certification is an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience as a Chef, or in a similar role
  • Female/Male
  • 30 – 50 years old
  • MUST be willing to provide 2 suitable guarantors
  • Good communication & organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience with cooking a large variety of meals
  • Hands-on experience with planning menus & ordering ingredients
  • Familiarity with different cooking techniques
  • Experienced in preparing local & continental dishes, including pastries & finger food
  • Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently & to take direction from the family
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation & safety regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to build relationships with the family.

Salary
N80,000 / Month.
