Job Summary

Driving Innovation and strategies for sales growth in retail pharmacy.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provides pharmaceutical care through a thorough review of prescriptions as well as through patient counselling for maximum benefits.
  2. Efficiently organise the pharmacy for easy identification of drugs and sundries.
  3. Maintain full control over inventory movement to prevent product deterioration and expiry.
  4. Drive the marketing and sales of services like rapid health checks.
  5. Drive innovation and keep the company abreast of recent trends in the Health Sector.
  6. Achieve overall revenue growth, category growth and drive branch profitability.
  7. Keep abreast of advancements in medicine by attending conferences and seminars and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
  8. Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Pharmacy.
  2. 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Must have completed or be currently undergoing the mandatory NYSC program.
  4. The ideal candidate must be resident around OPIC, Berger, Arepo, Ikota, Lekki, Ajah and environs
  5. In-depth knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems.
  6. Excellent Communication skills.
  7. Integrity and compassion.
  8. Valid license to practice the profession

Benefits

  1. Salary: N250,000 – N400,000 Monthly
