Job Position: Pharmacy Store Officer
Location: Artillery, Port Harcourt – Rivers

Job Summary

The Pharmacy Store Officer is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of pharmaceutical products and supplies.

The role ensures proper inventory control, accurate record-keeping, and efficient stock management to support the smooth operation of the pharmacy.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming drugs and medical supplies against invoices or delivery notes.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or digital systems.
  3. Monitor stock levels and notify management of low-stock or overstock situations.
  4. Ensure proper storage conditions for drugs in accordance with regulatory and manufacturer standards.
  5. Conduct regular stock-taking, reconciliation, and report discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Pharmacy Technology, Science Laboratory Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
  2. Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in inventory or store management (preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting).
  3. Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  4. Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and storage requirements.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  6. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  7. Integrity, accountability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
