Job Position: Procurement Supervisor – FMCG

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Developing sourcing strategies
  2. Coordinating with vendors
  3. Negotiating contracts
  4. Analyzing costs
  5. Reduce procurement costs
  6. Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  7. Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  8. Reviewing, comparing and analyzing products and services to be purchased.
  9. Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  10. Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  11. Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  12. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  13. Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Business Management or a similar field preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Experience in an FMCG Industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Supervisory and management experience.
  • Attention to detail.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
