Job Position: Product Designer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product
  2. Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
  3. Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers
  4. Employ design concepts into functional prototypes
  5. Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
  6. Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
  7. Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
  8. Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
  2. Relevant work experience as a product designer is preferred
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  4. Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
  5. Good understanding of color science and combinations
  6. Artistic and innovative flair
  7. Excellent attention to detail
  8. Meticulous and diligent
  9. Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
  10. Able to sit in front of a computer for long hours at a time.
