Job Description

• GeekHub is at the forefront of digital Transformation, and we are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX / Product Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge workflow web application that will revolutionize how processes are managed within corporate organizations.

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Process Owners:

1. Work closely with process owners to understand and document workflow requirements.
2. Conduct user interviews and gather insights to inform the design process.

Prototyping:

1. Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for the workflow application.
2. Utilize industry-leading tools like Figma to create visually appealing and functional designs and demos.

User-Centric Design:

1. Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and efficient user experiences.
2. Ensure that design decisions align with the overall goals and objectives of the project.

Research and Analysis:

1. Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
2. Analyze user feedback, metrics, and usability testing results to refine designs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

1. Collaborate with the development team to translate design concepts into functional application.
2. Work within an Agile/Scrum methodology, participating in sprint planning and reviews.

Design Principles and Guidelines:

1. Apply established design principles and guidelines to maintain a cohesive and branded user interface.
2. Ensure designs meet accessibility standards for a diverse user base.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related discipline.
2. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX-Product Designer.
3. Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with an emphasis on workflow applications.
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
5. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum project development environment.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
