Job Description

  • You will be responsible for collaborating with our multicultural, distributed team to work on a variety of internal and client-facing products in the mobility and fintech spaces.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Creating detailed solutions that solve real user problems by creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
  2. Cooperating directly with the development team and providing handover
  3. Working on mobile and web-based products
  4. Ensuring a high-quality output of your work
  5. Helping to develop an internal design system
  6. Conduct research, user test and interviews with users and other stakeholders
  7. Collaborate with other designers & product managers to maintain consistency across design approaches for all the products
  8. Keep evolving our products’ language and improve existing design solutions to make them accessible and intuitive

Job Requirements
What You will need for this position:

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
  2. At least 2+ years of commercial (4+ for senior position) experience with Ul & UX design
  3. Fluent command of spoken and written English
  4. Familiarity with Figma
  5. Complex prototyping experience
  6. Relevant portfolio
  7. The ability to work in a very dynamic environment and managing multiple stakeholders (and some can be very annoying, i.e. the lead designer)
  8. High level of ownership and and initiative
  9. Ability to perform self-initiated and commissioned research
  10. Ability to define and conduct user test and draw conclusions from the results
  11. Passion for solving core product problems while owning all facets of a user experience (strategy, interaction design, and research)
  12. Operate with a sense of urgency and always look for new ways to understand your customers and create value on their behalf
  13. Self starter and ability to work in a complex and ambiguous environment in an independent manner.

Nice to have:

  1. Prior experience with design systems
  2. Prior banking, fintech or mobility experience
  3. Cross-product application of branding guidelines
  4. UX microcopy writing skills
  5. The ability to comfortably switch working context
  6. The ability to work in a very dynamic environment and managing multiple stakeholders
  7. Ability to perform self-initiated and commissioned research
  8. Ability to define and conduct user test and draw conclusions from the results.
