Job Position: Team Lead, Product Development & Growth

Job Description

  1. Responsible for the conceptualization, development and deployment of all Financial Inclusion products.
  2. Co-ordinate product roadmaps design processes.
  3. Evaluate and ensure successful implementation of product roadmaps.
  4. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (designers, developers, channels support officers, sales team, operations team, assurance officers, and other product managers) to take products ideas from concept to launch.
  5. Supervise the determination of customer needs/preferences and collect accurate feedback through customer engagement tools.
  6. Supervise the implementation of enriching and Market-fit propositions on the Mobile Wallet channel.
  7. Determine the appropriate product pricing.
  8. Responsible for maintaining the quality, competitiveness and profitability of product portfolio.
  9. Formulate suitable metrics to measure product performance.
  10. Provide strategic support to cross-functional teams (Sales & Distributions team) in executing growth plans.

Job Requirements
Education:

  1. B Sc. in relevant discipline
  2. Additional Professional Certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience (Financial Services/Payments/Sales/Brand Management/Marketing/Operations).
